David Haroz
David Haroz is a public health consultant in Vietnam. He has previously served as Senior Associate for the U.S. State Department in Kenya and Senior Policy Officer for the United Nations in Washington, DC. He received his master’s degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.
