Hans Köchler

Dr. Hans Köchler is an Austrian philosopher and international law expert. He holds the Chair of Political Philosophy at the University of Innsbruck and has organized numerous international conferences in the fields of conflict resolution, inter-cultural dialogue, and United Nations reform. He is the founder and president of the International Progress Organization, a Vienna-based NGO in consultative status with the United Nations.
